Message #5 received at submit@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.4.0.17
my package "isdnutils" conflicts and replaces vbox, isdnlog, xisdnutils.
dpkg considers and agrees to remove vbox, but it fails with isdnlog.
i don't find any difference between vbox and isdnlog, so i don't know
why replaceing vbox works, but dpkg doesn't think of replacing isdnlog.

If you did so the fact that it got lost probably indicates a poorly

Message #10 received at 10573@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
i changes thro order (now conflict and replace list first isdnlog and
then vbox), and now replaceing isdnlog works fine, and replaceing vbox
doesn't work. so only the first entry is used, all other entries are
ignored.
