The default configuration file should have definitionf for MiniIcons like
fvwm95 has for TitleIcons.  (Those items are the same.)

Thanks for your bug report; sorry for the delay in getting back to you
- I've been on holiday.

There's been a new release of fvwm2, version 2.0.46, so I will try to
put in some miniicons when I package it up.
