/usr/doc/dpkg/packaging.html/ch-relationships.html still says
	   currently the --force-overwrite flag is enabled by default,
	   downgrading the error to a warning,

which is no longer correct as of .20

From: Kirk Hilliard <kirk@ghoti.com>

Subject: dpkg --force-help still says --force-overwrite is default
Date: 24 Jan 1998 15:26:27 -0500
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.4.0.20

In addition to /usr/doc/dpkg/packaging.html/ch-relationships.html,
dpkg's internal help is not in sync.

dpkg --force-help claims that --force-overwrite is enabled by default,
but this is no longer the case.

  $ dpkg --version
  Debian Linux `dpkg' package management program version 1.4.0.20 (i386 elf).
  [snip]
  $ dpkg --force-help
  [snip]
   Forcing things:
  [snip]
    overwrite [*] Overwrite a file from one package with another
  [snip]
  Forcing options marked [*] are enabled by default.
