It would be nice if dpkg-buildpackage (or another part of dpkg-dev) would
provide for this (sign .dsc, updated .changes, sign .changes).
This would be very useful to me: I have access to a reasonably trusted
bo-unstable system I could use to build packages on, but I don't want it to
have my private key. I could do dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc there, FTP it over
to the machine having my private key, then sign it there.
