Subject: debian 2.0 install from 1.2 floppy set / monochrome monitor
Date: Mon, 16 Mar 1998 14:00:02 -0300 (ART)
Package: disks-i386
Version: 1998-02-20

when installing debian 2.0 from the 1.2Mby floppy set
(resc1200.bin/root.bin):
--------------
with the monochrome mode: (i haven't checked with a color monitor)
the blinking underscore cursor on the left side of the guided installation
list is normally on a different line that the hash # sign on the right
hand side of the list (sometimes one or two lines below, sometimes above)

with the monochormoe mode it is not possible to know the selection one has
made in the first step (selecting mono/color), the # and the _ are always
on the same line.
-----------------------

The # is part of the scrollbar whereas the cursor marks the line itself.
So this is actually the behaviour that should be expected.

Thanks,
Luis.
