The header files don't include a prototype for llseek() resulting
in compiler warnings whenever compiling programs that make use of
it (such as syslogd).

As llseek() is a replacement for lseek() which is prototyped in
<unistd.h> llseek() should be prototyped there, too.  They are
argument-compatible so you may re-use the lseek() prototype.
