Message #5 received at submit@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
Package: libc6
Version: 2.0.7u-6
Package: dpkg
Version: 1.4.0.31
libc6 2.0.7u-6 and 2.0.7u-7 say they conflict with (several
different versions of) dpkg. That can't be right ??
Regards,
Zooko

Message #10 received at 30379@bugs.debian.org (full text, mbox, reply):
severity 30379 fixed
thanks
This was all due to a botched Conflicts: line in libc6, the goal being to
avoid any __register_frame_info breakage. Since 2.0.7u is behind us now,
and everyone has long since mopped up the damage from this, it's probably
safe to close this bug.
