Hi,

I had a look at this. It launches Yelp and displays a short introduction
about Fedora, links to common resources and further documentation, and a
section about getting involved. 

It's basically something like the information about Debian in the
release notes. 

I'm attaching the XML file in case someone wants to have a look.

I guess there's no reason we can't do the same, but I'm not sure how
translations should be handled?
