Somethings has gone badly awry, security.debian.org was not intended to be
an archive in of itself - it was not intended to be mirrored or to get
alot of traffic, it was ment to hold security releases at a constant URL
so that they could be refered to in announcements and so that
announcements didn't have to wait for the mirrors to run.
