The following warning messages appear in syslog after a fresh install:
Oct 19 11:11:42 tjener nagios3: Warning: Return code of 127 for check of
service 'LDAP' on host 'tjener' was out of bounds. Make sure the plugin you're
trying to run actually exists.
Oct 19 11:12:22 tjener nagios3: Warning: Return code of 127 for check of
service 'NFS' on host 'tjener' was out of bounds. Make sure the plugin you're
trying to run actually exists.
Oct 19 11:14:02 tjener nagios3: Warning: Return code of 127 for check of
service 'DNS' on host 'tjener' was out of bounds. Make sure the plugin you're
trying to run actually exists.

This is due to missing check_ldap, check_rpc and check_dns plugins, all of
which are provided in the nagios-plugins-standard package.
