As I read the above comment, I think Rein is looking for a single
program which does all three, but I don't know of any which do.  I know
that gmfsk does psk31, rtty and throb, but wasn't aware of it
supporting pactor.  I noticed a program called HF on radio.linux.org.au
which does pactor and rtty (I haven't tried it yet).
