WARNING don't install e2fsprogs 1.19

Hi,

e2fsprogs 1.19 is broken for the Hurd, because it thinks we don't support
the filetype feature and complains loudly if it is used. But we support it
just fine, we don't set it, though, and generally ignore it.

This needs to be fixed, but in the meanwhile: stay away.
