new tarfile
Hello,
the german universities got new transatlantic bandwidth, and now pushing a
tar file of 12 MB over the sea does not take an hour any more, but only
4 minutes, joy!
This leads to painless and frequent tar files from now on.

rsync should push it further on to alpha.gnu.org right now, but this seems
to be very slow...
Thanks,
Marcus
