Re: local ppp access in JP, DE, US

YMMV, but I just signed up with Worldcom/UUnet to use when I'm on the road. Given that I'm not using them from home, their 10 hours for $7.95/month package works for me. They have 3800 POPs worldwide; my company uses them for their remote access, and I've been all sorts of places and always had a local number available.

hello,

I need to have local ppp access in different countries (US, Germany and
Japan) nationwide.
Can anybody suggest a provider offering this type of
service? I heard about uunet a couple of years ago. If there is already a
FAQ about this I would apreciate any hint.

 many thanks,

 Christoph.
