Problem with liblash etch backport

I'm using Free's backport repository at deb http://apt.64studio.com/backports.

When I tried to start muse (etch version), I was greeted with muse:
error while loading shared libraries: liblash.so.2: cannot open shared
object file: No such file or directory

Sure enough:
antony@cubase:~$ apt-cache policy liblash2
liblash2:
  Installed: 0.5.3-1~bpo.1
  Candidate: 0.5.3-1~bpo.1
  Version table:
 *** 0.5.3-1~bpo.1 0
        500 http://apt.64studio.com etch/main Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status
     0.5.1-2 0
        500 http://mirror.ox.ac.uk etch/main Packages

antony@cubase:~$ !dpk
dpkg -L liblash2
/.
/usr
/usr/share
/usr/share/doc
/usr/share/doc/liblash2
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/README
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/TODO
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/AUTHORS
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/copyright
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/changelog.gz
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/NEWS.gz
/usr/share/doc/liblash2/changelog.Debian.gz
/usr/lib
/usr/lib/liblash.so.1.1.1
/usr/lib/liblash.so.1

I manually created the symlink in /usr/lib, and it works, but just
thought I should report the issue.
