Well, when he told he would pursue this matter, i thought he would ask
upstream directly.

I guess many people have the delusion the maintainers are quicker and
more probable to solve the problem than upstream. Look at the ocaml bugs
i have open, from the 6, at least 4 are upstream matters.
BTW, how is the cameleon new maintainership going ?
