I'm really sorry but I didn't had time to build the package yet. (Do you
want to help me?)
My current plan:
1. Post Debian policy weekly issue #4 (hopefully, today or tomorrow)
2. Start discussion about `Debian Documentation Policy' on debian-doc
3. Get implementation of doc-base done and write new manual about the
doc policy
