I do not have time to go in detail but it usual for Conflicts to reference
packages names that existed in a previous release but no more exist.
This is necessary to ensure safe upgrades. On the other hand, keeping Conflicts
on packages that no more exists since two releases can be confusing, so
maybe we should remove them.
