[Having contacted the bash maintainer without getting a response, I think that's the right place to post ...] bash-2.03 is available since February, but not in Debian. I had problems with bash-2.02.1, which seem to be resolved with bash-2.03 and made a basic 2.03 Debian package. Are there concerns about upgrading bash and/or readline?
