The meeting dates are as follows:

  Sunday December 12th: 1PM to 9PM
  Monday December 13th: 9AM to 5PM

Hotel rooms are difficult to find in downtown Manhattan for Saturday
night, but a conference is ending on Saturday, so rooms are much
easier to find on Sunday and Monday.  Even so, you may find it less
expensive to fly into town on Saturday to get the Saturday-night stay
airfare, stay at a hotel near the airport, and switch hotels on Sunday
morning.

Meeting location:

    IBM is located at 590 Madison Avenue which is at the south east
    corner of Central Park.  It is almost directly across Central Park
    from the Empire hotel.
