Licentie voor het Officiële Debian Logo

1. Dit logo mag alleen worden gebruikt als:
   • het produkt waarvoor het wordt gebruikt is geproduceerd met behulp van een op www.debian.org gepubliceerde methode (bijvoorbeeld het maken van officiële CD's), of
   • door Debian expliciet toestemming is gegeven om het voor dat doel te gebruiken
2. Mag worden gebruikt als een officieel deel van Debian (hetgeen beslist wordt met de regels in I) deel uitmaakt van het complete produkt, als het duidelijk wordt gemaakt dat alleen dat deel officieel is goedgekeurd
3. We behouden het recht voor de licentie voor de produkt in te trekken

Het is toegestaan om het officiële logo op kleding (shirts, petten, enz.) te gebruiken, als de kleding wordt gemaakt door een officiële Debian ontwikkelaar en als het niet met winst wordt verkocht.
