Article featuring Debian Med published in BMC bioinformatics.

An article titled Community-driven computational biology with Debian Linux was recently published in BMC Bioinformatics supplement for the proceedings of the 11th Annual Bioinformatics Open Source Conference (BOSC) 2010. It was co-authored by several members of the Debian Med team and describes the use of programs blended in Debian Med in the context of workflows in computational biology. Its focus is on the interplay between web services, cloud and grid computing and local executions with Taverna.
