Etr problem har upptäckts i wireshark, ett verktyg för analys av nätverksprotokoll.

Det upptäcktes att ASN.1 BER-dissekeraren var sårbar för ett stackspill, vilket kunde få applikationen att krascha.

För den stabila utgåvan (Lenny) har problemet rättats i version 1.0.2-3+lenny11.

För uttestningsutgåvan (Squeeze) och den instabila utgåvan (Sid) har detta problem rättats i version 1.2.11-3.

Vi rekommenderar att ni uppgraderar era wireshark-paket.
