I do that all the time, and that's why my licence is impounded most of
the time. You could even offer them a bribe, if the digit is high
enough they'll let you go. It's against the law to bribe them, but
usually it works :)

Or you could drive under 30kmh under speed limit, for example if speed
limit is 60, you drive 89 and you're good with a ticket.
