We are going by keys. If Anibal, Rhonda or whoever else submitted two
keys, their set of signtures should be different for each!

But, yes, something like this could be generated after keyring
updates to Debian. It takes quite a bit of time, but I'm sure that
there's a lot that can be optimized, and I'm also sure that there are
better tools than Graphviz to graph the results in a sensible way
(it's just the one that comes easiest out of my fingers)
