[Debconf-team] Contract

I have added an approximate translation of the current Le Camp contract proposal to SVN:
http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/debconf-data/dc13/accounting/contracts/Le_Camp/Contrat%20Debconf13%20-%2030-10-2012%20-%20translation?revision=3828&view=markup

In the meeting earlier Holger suggested to try to add shortening options to the contract. If possible, that would avoid us needing to decide *now* to shorten the DebCamp+DebConf period -- currently shortening could be sensible for budget reasons, and in the previous list discussion some people thought it was a good idea even without special budget concerns.

The contract refers to some documents that aren't in SVN:

- List of buildings

- General conditions of hire

- Ethical charter

Do we have copies of these somewhere?

Have the electrical installation checks been done yet? While I don't imagine this being a problem, it's not clear what happens if the checks fail later.

What are Le Camp meant to supply to be sold at the Kiosk?

A few things that might be improved still:

- Clarify that people can bring their own tents, not only rent them

- Remove requirement for 300 people (that day? ever?) before camping is allowed

- Notice period for food numbers (currently 10 days in advance, then only small changes)

- Can we get clean bed linen more frequently if we want to re-use the same bed for a new attendee?

The washing-up requirements etc. will require some organisation. Similarly for the cleaning requirements at the end of DebConf. In both cases, as in the past (e.g. last year's food helpers), the most realistic way to get this work done reliably is to find local volunteers.
