[Debconf-team] DebConf13 Tech Team

Hi List,

It's still a few months until DebConf, but we should get the DebConf13
Networking/Tech team started.
As a first step, we need to know what tasks need to be done and who
will be interested in helping with what.
If you're interested in helping, I cc'ed some people who helped in
previous years, please add your name to the wiki and extend the wiki
with tasks, which have to be done.

I'd also like to organize a short IRC meeting soon to discuss and
distribute tasks to make DebConf13 a success infrastructure-wise.
