You are more than welcome to do it, and we will be very thankful. You
can find the Wiki page that explains the subtitling process we are
following at:
https://wiki.debconf.org/wiki/Videoteam/Subtitles
The ideal process (I think) is to first do the English transcription,
and after that do the translation based on the transcriptions.
Anyway, if you want us to meet (I know you are in Mexico) and have a
work session to transcript and/or translate some files, count me in!

El proceso ideal (en mi opinión) es hacer primero las transcripciones
al inglés, y después de eso, hacer las traducciones basadas en las
transcripciones.
Como sea, si quieres que nos encontremos (sé que eres de México) y
tengamos una sesión de trabajo para transcribir y/o traducir algunos
de los archivos, ¡yo le entro!
