Bugger.  And, thanks!

I'll have to try to understand the nature of the build-depends on
nowebm.  I don't think it's 'essential', maybe we can do without it.

How did 1.1.4 get built?  Was that before I added build-depends?
That's more evidence that the dependency isn't essential.
