As Stan and Finn report, it is actually used by recent m68k gcc version 12.2.0 (Debian 12.2.0-12):
Debian/sid has this struct in asm-generic/ucontext.h -- struct ucontext { unsigned long uc_flags; struct ucontext *uc_link; stack_t uc_stack; struct sigcontext uc_mcontext; sigset_t uc_sigmask; /* mask last for extensibility */ }; but that lacks uc_filler[] so it's not ideal. I adapted the definitions from the kernel source.
Time to move this into an uapi header, or is that more hassle than it's worth?
