Oops, you probably need the libatk-adaptor:amd64 package actually.

i tried apt-get install libatk-adaptor:amd64 and apt-get says that it's
already installed.. any other solutions?

Why not run Iceweasel, which is, as the package description says, Firefox
rebranded - the Debian version of Firefox. If you want the latest, be sure
that the experimental distribution is available to your system in
/etc/apt/sources.list and install it from Experimental. Currently I have
20.0
installed, and it works well with Orca.

i currently have iceweasel 18.1 and it's abit unresponsive and laggy
with orca for some reason. what repo should i add to get the newest
version, that is experimental?

Why do you want to run a 32-bit Firefox on a 64-bit Linux installation? You
should run a 64-bit version instead.

well like i said, firefox does not have any 64bit installation it seems.
all i can see is language selection while trying to download it.
Thanks
