This is huge!  Thanks for your work on prototyping these
runners!  :)

I did an upload of rocm-smi-lib to unstable today.  If I have
well understood the principle, the (lack of) test result should
be reported by your infrastructure[1] in not too long.  From a
ROCm perspective it is a leaf package, so should not throw too
much entropy to the test bed (although from the archive
perspective, it is a key package since slurm-wlm rsmi plugin
depends on it).

When rereading your thread on the topic, I went worried the
experimental repository would be a no go for HIP version bump,
but apparently this has good chances be resolved.
