The problem is two-fold: one, in re-writing the poweroff patch to use
autopkgtest hooks, I did not handle an exception. This was easily fixed,
and queue processing should continue again.
Two, on test timeout, autopkgtest currently has no easy way to abort the
running test. This will currently lead to the VM (eventually) being
stopped with SIGTERM, which might cause some cards to need a proper host
reboot. I'm looking into how this can be improved.
