Bug#176061: apache-ssl dependancy problem
Package: apache-ssl
Version: 1.3.26.1+1.48-2_i386
I didn't seem to find anything on the Debian BTS about this - for which I'm
quite amazed, but....
On my sid systems here, apt-get wants to remove this package from my system
because it depends on an older version of apache-common (as follows):
# dpkg -i apache-ssl_1.3.26.1+1.48-2_i386.deb
Selecting previously deselected package apache-ssl.
(Reading database ... 29260 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking apache-ssl (from apache-ssl_1.3.26.1+1.48-2_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of apache-ssl:
apache-ssl depends on apache-common (<< 1.3.27-0); however:
Version of apache-common on system is 1.3.27-0.1.
dpkg: error processing apache-ssl (--install):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
apache-ssl
#
To fix, please update apache-ssl to 1.3.27.
Regards,
Kevin Traas
