thanks for drafting this, from my point of view it looks great.

For whatever reason I totally forgot to put pysqm[1] and udm[2] into the 
debian-astro repository before the freeze.
The first software reads values from the Sky Quality Meter produced by 
Unihedron. The second software is the Unihedron Device Manager to maintain 
and update the SQMs. At least the packages are related to astronomy and 
maybe you want to mention them as well.
