sa-exim vs exim4 in bullseye-backports

Hi all,

Since exim4 got bumped-up to 4.96 in bullseye-backports, I get a
dependency conflict with sa-exim (apt wants to remove it, which isn't
happening!).

The reason for this is that sa-exim (only available via bullseye so
far) has a dependency on exim4-localscanapi-4.1, while exim4 now
provides the newer exim4-localscanapi-6.0. This is a recurrent issue
which showed up on previous releases.

Could sa-exim be backported as well? Its testing version has the right
dependencies.
