qemu-system-data is Arch: all but the Arch: all bullseye-backports build failed:

https://buildd.debian.org/status/package.php?p=qemu&suite=bullseye-backports

https://packages.debian.org/unstable/qemu-system-data

So there are no matching _all.deb files in the pool/ for this bpo version.

Dependency installability problem for qemu on all:
qemu build-depends on missing:
- gcc-11-alpha-linux-gnu:amd64

https://tracker.debian.org/news/1365066/accepted-qemu-171dfsg-2bpo112-source-into-bullseye-backports/

Changes:
 qemu (1:7.1+dfsg-2~bpo11+2) bullseye-backports; urgency=medium
 .
   * Revert "temporary workaround for gcc-12 bug #1019011:
     use gcc-11-alpha-linux-gnu instead of gcc-alpha-linux-gnu"
On bullseye there's no gcc-11, and gcc-10 compiles everything
     just fine.

Works for architectures other than all.
