Library reduction for powerpc

Daniel, can you check to see if library reduction works on powerpc now?
Just edit the line in rootdisk.sh that keep it from running the script on
powerpc builds, then you can basically create the root.bin, mount it and
"chroot /mnt /bin/ash", try running dboostrap and if it loads (it should
die when it notices that /proc isn't mounted), then it should be ok.

The reason I ask is because I fixed a weird "thingie" in dbootstrap's
linking that made it not work on sparc, and I want to see if it works on
powerpc now.
