I'm very sorry to take 10 days for reponse you, but I'm in the end of session
at the university.

System  K6-233
	64 Megs
	8,6 Hard Drive
	SMC 83C690  ethernet ( I always used the wd) 


Error message 
/lib/modules/2.2.14/net/wd.o : init_module: device or ressource busy
/lib/modules/2.2.14/net/wd.o : insmod /lib/modules/2.2.14/net/wd.o : failed
/lib/modules/2.2.14/net/wd.o :  insmod wd failed

When I'm run "modprobe wd" from the shell  on tty2, I got the same message.
