Bug#780274: Installer deosn't offer ext4 in disk partitioning

Memory: 8GB on Dell Studio, 16 GB on Dell PowerEdge
Partitions: Not created due to bug

Comments/Problems:

When partitoning the harddisk only XFS, FAT and LVM partiton types are
offered, no ext3,ext4 or btrfs. When selecting guided partitoning and let
the installer partition the whole disk, it shows ext4 but when trying to
mount the disk to continue it fails.
I tried this also on amd64 with the same effect.
