Comments/Problems:
The installer says it tries to automatically select the network card with an active link, but I am not sure this worked correctly.
The machine has 2 Ethernet ports plus wifi, all were detected correctly but the installer selected the wireless interface as the default.

(and d-i netcfg/choose_interface select auto didn't seem to work).

A full desktop environment was installed without prompting but I think this is a side effect 
of using priority=critical as a boot parameter.

installer system in /var/log/ and later on the installed system
under /var/log/installer.) Please compress large files using gzip.
