My autobuilder is at present making this:

This is with NONFREE=0 and SIZELIMIT1=530016256.
If I run 'du -lsD ${MIRROR}/debian/dists/potato/main/disks-i386/current'
this produces 103372 bytes (or 101 MB with the '-m' switch also).
