Unfortunately, no - the fix requires changing a global limit on salsa.
The admins are reluctant to make this change. The cloud team may need
to discuss alternatives.
If you need newer images sooner, you can always build them by following
the readme at [1] - I know, that's a bummer, but it's easier than you
might think to get started.
