Yes, but that is a bugs.debian.org feature and not part of core debbugs.
Note that this report is filed against debbugs.

Even if you did that, it wouldn't mean you'd get updates. Submitters are
not automatically sent mail that's sent to bugs they submitted. This is
all part of the same generic problem.
