Bug#749126: downloadable maintainer mbox contains from message dates

The "From " message header in the downloadable "maintainer mbox"
does not contain the date of the message like in the "mbox folder"
or "status mbox" but instead the current date.

This causes answers to those mails attributing the sender with the
wrong date in the reply (like in the header mutt inserts on top
of a quotation).
