RE: Translations of GPL



I like this subject, but I don't know if this is the right place to discuss.

I know that FSF doesn't want to give legal value to any GPL translation and I
can understand legal causes. So the problem is that you can have a new
localized license, but it will never be "the" GPL. 
Anyway I think this is a very deep question and makes me also wonder: "Does GPL
is strong all over the world?" :o
