In an official document (forgot where) I read all packages in base must be
rebuilt with ncurses5, all others should be, but don't have to.
Sounds ok, doesnt it? But on second thought, it sounds a bit short sighted.

ncurses4-dev has been removed from potato, I dont have it anymore for m68k
(and if, only in a version not matching ncurses4), any current potato
systems should not have it either.

So all packages built with ncurses4 can not be rebuilt on a potato system,
they are (I am exagerating) binary-only packages, do they fit into main?
When you built the package, ncurses4-dev was probably still existing, when
when I ported it, it was not, is it my fault since I was too late? With the
Build-Depends of the package, I can not build it as it is, I would have to
manually override your Build-Depends, considering the number of packages
which still have to be recompiled for m68k (and other arches), I find this a
bad idea. But I did this, the m68k deb would be linked against ncurses5 (if
it works that easy) but the i386 deb not. I dont think this is desirable.

So I think ncurses4 needs a second thought, either we get ncurses4-dev back
and put it into potato, or _all_ ncurses4 packages have to be rebuilt with
ncurses5.
