ITP: MiniVend

I intend to package MiniVend and MiniMate (although I'm not a Debian
maintainer yet). The package scripts are under development now.

Description: e-commerce and general HTTP database display system
 MiniVend is a database access and retrieval system focused on e-commerce.
 It allows customers to select items to buy from catalog pages. The program
 tracks user information in sessions and interacts with an HTTP server
 through sockets.

License is GPL.

I'm on good terms with the upstream author, we discuss yet how MiniVend
fits into the Debian/Linux filesystem layout.
