The latest version of aptitude in potato has this Changelog.Debian entry:
aptitude (0.0.4a-3) frozen unstable; urgency=low
* Removed libstdc++2.10-dev from build-depends. Close: #54971.
It looks like Adam accidently typed "Close" instead of "Closes".
