OK, 'language-env' is a good name.
However, do you think the script name also should be
'/usr/bin/language-env' instead of '/usr/bin/language'?

(This script is a replacement of /usr/bin/user-ja-conf
in user-ja package, though I will leave /usr/bin/user-ja-conf
for backward compatibility to user-ja.)

Excuse me for being rather ignorant on the subject, but will language-env
contain all the hooks for a particular language? That is, if I have a wrapper script that
would change auctex editing for emacs, would this be the proper package for
it to go in?
